Dmitry Volkov (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an investor and theorist. He launched Social Discovery Group, an international online enterprise with base of operations in Malta, and co-owns Dating Group.
In 2016, he founded the SDG Foundation.
He holds a PhD in philosophical science and helped establish the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Academic Department of Moscow State University.
